Paul Laursen has officially retired from his duties as Whitehall Chief of Police as of 19 December 2025. If you see Paul, please congratulate him on the retirement and thank him for his many years of faithful service to the community. Paul started working for City law enforcement back in 1999 and officially retired last month. Our Interim Police Chief will be Randy Jensen, current Osseo Police Chief, as the City assesses applicants for the role. Please welcome Randy as he assists the WPD in this time of transition.
