Our New Construction Program is designed to help you realize improved energy efficiency, peak load reduction, improved systems performance, and greater comfort over the lifetime of your building. Our partner in this program is Seventhwave, a nationally-recognized consulting firm based in Madison, Wisconsin.
The team at Seventhwave will help you achieve energy savings by evaluating proposed improvements in efficiency compared to your original plans. They'll run computer simulations that show the benefits of higher levels of efficiency for your lighting, HVAC, and other building systems, all at no cost to you.
