Brush Pickup - The City of Whitehall will pick-up leaves and yard waste off the boulevards on Monday, April 21st, 2025 beginning at 8:00 a.m. The Street Department will make only one pass on each street, therefore, if your leaves and yard waste are not on the curb Monday morning, April 17th, they will not be picked up. Leaves and yard waste must be bagged or boxed. It is, however, not necessary to use the City of Whitehall "blue bags". Complete trees, garbage or bulky items are unacceptable and will be left on the boulevard.
