Bill Payment Options

Couple Paying BillWe have several convenient methods for you to pay your utility bill.

Pay Online or by Telephone

To make an immediate payment, schedule a payment, or set up automatic payments, simply log onto Payment Service Network to pay your Whitehall Utility Bill online.  Please have your utility bill handy. For first-time payers please click "Register to Pay". Once you are on the Search for Payment Account page enter RT15304 in the space provided for Business ID.  This will bring you to the page to create your account with the City of Whitehall.  If you are a returning payer please click "Login" and login using your information.  If you have questions regarding registering as a customer or to schedule future payments please call 877-885-7968.  There will be a fee of $3.25 assessed to you per transaction.

Automatic Payment

Payments can also be made by automatic withdrawal from your checking or savings account. To use this method, call our office at 715-538-4353 or download the Authorization for Direct Payment Form and return it to us.

Some advantages to using direct automatic payment are:

  • Helps avoid late or missed payments
  • No need to write checks
  • No postage costs
  • Transfers funds safely, securely and directly from your account

When enrolled in this convenient service, you will continue to receive a statement at the beginning of each month detailing the amount to be debited from your savings or checking account on the due date.  There is no fee for this service.

Please include the top stub of the bill to assure that your account is properly credited.

Pay in Person

During normal business hours (Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.) customers can make payments at our office, located at 36295 Main Street, Whitehall.

After business hours, payments can be dropped off in a night deposit box located by the City Shop at 18460 Kelley Street.


Budget Payment Plan

The Budget Payment Plan is offered to help customers combat large bills during high demand seasons by making a fixed monthly payment. The amount is determined by a 12 month average. Budgets are reviewed every six months to ensure your payments remain accurate. To qualify for this plan we require that you have been a customer for at least 12 months and/or have 12 months of consecutive on time payments. Feel free to contact our office to see if you qualify and what your monthly payment would be.
